Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. If your order is a made-to-order or 'XR' lens, it usually takes 2 - 4 weeks for the lenses to be made in your prescription before shipping out per your chosen shipping method. Each product page has the lens availability listed below the price.
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped and that no items are currently on backorder. If your order displays your tracking number(s), check with the shipper to confirm the status of your package(s).
